Shaun Marble
Co-Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in the title industry, and being licensed in MD, DC and VA as a title producer, Shaun Marble provides leadership and vision to Marble Title & Escrow. Shaun has managed processing staff at multiple offices in the DC and MD area. Shaun has played key roles in growing the footprint of prior title companies and staying on the leading edge of technology to improve the experience for his clients.
Shaun also has experience in the development space, having helped raise equity as well as partner himself in various real estate development projects in Washington, DC.
Shaun is active in the industry and continues to build key business relationships and participates in major conferences to establish himself as a leading expert in this industry.
Shaun is very involved in the community and has served on the Board of Eastern Market Main Street since 2017.
In his time away from work, Shaun loves to spend time with his family, friends, traveling and exploring new restaurants in the DMV area.
Dominique Alexis
Co-Founder & COO
Dominique Alexis brings over 20 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial real estate lending industry. He started his real estate career during college by buying and fixing properties part-time and selling those properties for profit.
Dominique went on to become founder of a small boutique real estate investment firm in Bethesda, MD. He helped to raise $15M to invest in commercial properties nationwide. His approach was to use a levered capital structure to increase investor returns.
Prior to joining Marble Title & Escrow, Dominique served as Managing Director for ENK Capital, a private real estate lender, to provide debt and equity to the middle market between $2M and $30M. His approach to lending was highly focused on principal protection and yield generation.
Dominique brings his dedication and real estate experience to Marble Title & Escrow where he helps to promote a culture centered on teamwork and collaboration with a focus on professionals who can share their broad experiences to benefit partners and clients.
